Privacy Policy
Dunamis Sports Corporation ("the Company") values the personal information of users of the DUPAS website and app, and complies with South Korea's Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws. This Privacy Policy explains for what purposes and in what ways the personal information provided by users is used, and what measures are taken to protect it.
1. Personal Information Collected and Collection Methods
The Company collects the following personal information during sign-up and while users use the service.
- At sign-up: Name, username, email, phone number, password, member type (Member / Athlete / Coach or Gym / Tournament Organizer)
- While using the service: Access logs and service usage records may be automatically generated and collected.
Collection method: Collected through website sign-up and customer inquiries (phone, email).
2. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information
- Identity verification and identification for membership-based services
- Providing services such as My Page and tournament registration/operation
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Delivering service-related notices and announcements
3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
As a general rule, the Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved. However, where retention is required under relevant laws even after a member withdraws, the Company retains member information for the period specified by those laws (e.g., login records are retained for 3 months under the Protection of Communications Secrets Act).
4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company does not, in principle, provide a data subject's personal information to outside parties. Exceptions apply in the following cases.
- Where the data subject has given separate prior consent
- Where required by law, or requested by an investigative agency in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by law for investigative purposes
5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
Where necessary for service operations, the Company may outsource personal information processing to an outside party. When doing so, the Company will notify users in advance of the recipient and the scope of the outsourced work, and obtain prior consent where required. The Company does not currently outsource personal information processing to any external party.
6. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them
Users may view and edit their registered personal information at any time, and may request to withdraw their membership (withdraw consent). Personal information can be viewed and edited through "My Page"; to withdraw membership (withdraw consent), please contact the customer center below.
7. Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information.
- Encrypted storage and management of passwords and other key personal information
- Limiting access to personal information to the minimum number of personnel necessary
- Installing and regularly updating and checking security programs to prevent hacking
8. Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices and How to Opt Out
The Company's website uses browser local storage to help maintain login state and improve convenience. Users may delete stored information through their browser settings at any time, though doing so may make some services, such as staying logged in, harder to use.
9. Personal Information Protection Officer
The Company has designated the following Personal Information Protection Officer, who is responsible overall for personal information processing and for handling complaints and remedying harm related to personal information.

10. Duty to Notify
Where this Privacy Policy is added to, deleted, or amended due to changes in relevant laws, policies, or security technologies, notice will be given through the website at least 7 days before such changes take effect.
